Tranen SW Open
for Business.
Due to growing demand in our services in the southwest region, Tranen
Southwest has now been established and a permanent base secured in
Busselton. Tranen project manager Matt Blunt, having grown up in
Bunbury and the southwest, has extensive knowledge of the region and was the
logical choice to become our Southwest Operations Manager. The
southwest branch will be providing all of the same services as the Perth
branch, just in a local setting, and will be supported by the same great
Tranen management team. Matt can still be contacted on the same email
(matt.blunt@tranen.com.au) and
mobile 0400 165 729 and the Busselton office phone is 9754 2643.
Upgrades to Vehicle Fleet, Computers, GIS, and Technology
Systems.
Our four wheel drive fleet was updated with new Mitsubishis - three Triton
twin cab utes, two Challenger wagons, and an ASX hatch. We retained
our Falcon one-tonner. We replaced our computer system, and switched all
staff to iPhones to allow email and web access in the field, to improve
client and team communications. Our GIS capabilities have been expanded with
new software, GPS units, and all staff trained in the use of our new system.
All of these upgrades have improved our efficiency which ultimately
translates into a greater level of service and better value for money for
all of our clients.
Team Building Event a Success. We held a corporate
team-building event at Brookleigh in the Swan Valley mid-year to build team
spirit and develop lateral thinking skills. The bottom photo taken at the
end of the "safari challenge" includes two supervisors not yet detailed on
our team page, Roberto Lujan Rocha (top left) and Lindsay Wilson (second
from left on the bottom).
