Tranen has been involved in many research projects for clients, of its own initiative, and with industry associations, particularly RIAWA.

We are very keen to expand our knowledge base, and are always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and trying new products.

Our Managing Director, Peter Grose is undertaking a 6 year part-time PhD at the University of Western Australia where he is investigating the optimisation of soil stabilisation using native plants, mulch and weed control systems. He has a number of trials set up, including on Roe Highway, Kwinana Freeway, and the new Forrest Highway
