Our aim is to deliver quality projects to our clients using best industry practice.

We have an extensive procedures manual that covers every step of every aspect of our work, and is regularly reviewed and updated. This document provides the basis of our quality system, and is also used to develop our safety management program.

Our business is seasonal, with revegetation in the colder, wetter months and seed collection in the hotter, drier months. At the end of each season all of our managers and other key employees attend a formal workshop where we review our operations and update our procedures in the light of experience gained in the past season.

As a small company, while we have not felt the need to obtain formal certification in Total Quality Management, TQM is an integral part of our business, and our Managing Director has a formal qualification in TQM.
