Peter Grose, Managing Director: BE (Mech),
Grad Dip Mgmt, Grad Cert TQM, part-time PhD student. 18 years with
Tranen, previously worked in project and construction management on mining
projects with significant environmental components in Australia, Indonesia,
Africa and PNG.
David Venning, General Manager and Seed Director:
Ass Dip Bus (Acc). 8 years with Tranen and
extensive prior experience. David is one of the driving forces behind RIAWA,
and is on the management committee.
Paul Audin, Revegetation Director:
BSc Ag, BSc Tropical Ag. 8 years with Tranen, and extensive prior
experience in revegetation in Australia and overseas.
Damian Grose, Planning and Design Director:
BE (Env). 15 years with Tranen and has
extensive revegetation experience in Australia and overseas.
Matthew Blunt, Project Manager: BSc
Env Restoration. 4 years with Tranen, initially as a casual employee
while a student, promoted to permanent staff on graduation.
James Lawton, Project Manager: Dip
Cons & Land Mgmt. 4 years with Tranen. James is experienced in all
aspects of revegetation and seed collection, as well as dieback management
and erosion control, and previously worked in this field for local
government.
Eilidh Graham, Project Manager: BSc
Hons.
Eilidh has had experience working in the environmental management field
across different parts of the world and Australia. Eilidh returned to us on
a full-time basis in Dec 2010, having previously worked for us on a casual
basis, prior to taking up a position as Conservation Officer on Rottnest
Island.
Phillip Tan, Seed Administration Manager:
Adv Dip Bus Acc. 8 years with Tranen, and many
years experience in the native seed industry. Phil is in charge of Tranen's
native seed inventory and seed bank.
Jim McCulloch, Warehouse Supervisor: 8 years with Tranen
and many years prior experience. Jim looks after seed processing, cleaning
and treatment, as well as managing temporary seedling storage and batching.
Kim Nawell, Project Supervisor: Dip
Env Sci (Mgmt). 2 years with Tranen. Kim has a wealth of experience
in revegetation and seed collection in the region.
Non-staff employees: We retain a small group of permanent
casual employees who have worked seasonally with us over the years and have
gained appropriate field experience and technical skill levels. Hard working individuals with an
interest in nature who would like to join our team should go to the

Contractors and consultants: Tranen has developed excellent
long-term working relationships with a number of trusted contractors and
consultants for earthworks, weed control, surface preparation, fencing,
botanical, and other specialist services.
