The UDIA is the peak body representing all segments of the development industry. The Institute has been representing property development in Western Australia for more than 30 years.

In Western Australia, the UDIA is an exciting, progressive, rapidly growing organisation with a key focus on development. It is a well-coordinated and cohesive body, driven by its members.

Our President, Council and staff ensure that we give both members and sponsors maximum value for their investment.

Our Activities include:
