Tranen is experienced in all aspects of native seed collection around Perth and the southwest, from provenance collections through to processing, storage, seed banking, general sales, and dormancy breaking pre-treatments to promote germination.
Since 2002 we have collected over 3 tonnes of native seed, representing over 830 species and more than 15,000 individual seed lots. All of this seed has been stored in over 120 individual seed banks, all managed using our internally designed and developed seed bank management database called SeedTracker.
We are also the first company to have been officially accredited by the Revegetation Industry Association of Western Australia (RIAWA).
